What size weddings do you host?

Analemma is best suited for intimate vineyard weddings and small celebrations of up to 36 guests.

What days of the week are weddings available?

Weddings are offered primarily on weekdays with a few select Saturdays. Please get in touch with us for current weekday windows and seasonal availability.

Couples Membership

What is a Couples Membership?

We’re one of the few businesses in the U.S. located within a National Scenic Area. Because this protected area has strict regulations, we offer our wedding food and wine experiences through a Couples Membership.
This isn’t a recurring wine shipment—it’s a simple package for hosting experiences on our property. All pricing shown includes wines crafted for your celebration, along with the services and benefits of our packages.

Pricing & Payments

How much does it cost to host a wedding at Analemma?

Pricing includes a site fee, a per-person food-and-wine experience, and gratuity. Site fees range from $7,500 to $10,000, and food and wine start at $250 per person plus 20% gratuity.

Food & Wine Experience

Do you provide the food and wine for our wedding?

Yes. Weddings at Analemma include estate-grown wines curated for your celebration and in-house culinary services built around local, seasonal ingredients—an experience designed specifically to showcase the bounty of the Columbia Gorge.

Can menus be customized?

Yes. Menus are designed with your event in mind and can be personalized within the framework of seasonal availability and our in-house culinary program.

Do you offer other alternatives to wine, such as beer or cider?

Yes, relationships with local breweries and cideries make it easy for us to arrange for additional beverages for your celebrations.

Do you offer non-alcoholic options or pairings?

Absolutely! This is a common question. We have a variety of mocktails and non-alcoholic beverages to choose from.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes, within reason. Dietary restrictions and allergies must be shared 30 days before your event. Some requests may be politely declined due to the stock of our kitchen pantry.

Timing & Logistics

What does a typical vineyard wedding timeline look like?

The flow usually includes guest arrival, ceremony (if applicable), a welcome reception with a wine bar, and a multi-course dinner service. Dinner service typically runs 5:30–9:00 PM. Our suggested timeline provides a helpful starting point.

Does your winery allow guests under 21?

Yes! Children are welcome for the entirety of the event.

Are children included in the guest count?

Yes, children count toward the overall guest total, but dinner is offered at a reduced rate. Dinner for kids under 7 is free. For kids 8 and up, dinner is $35 and includes a kid-specific meal with dessert. Depending on the number of children, you may choose to set a separate children’s table.

What time do events end?

All events end promptly at 9:00 PM, when the grounds close.

Is the property easy for guests to navigate?

Analemma is a working farm and winery, and some areas require short walks between spaces. We’ll help you plan a timeline that fits your guests and your priorities.

Vendors & Transportation

Should we hire a wedding planner?

A planner or day-of coordinator is welcome and helpful for any special touches we may not know about, but not required unless your plans call for it.

What outside wedding vendors are allowed?

Allowed vendors include photographer/videographer, planner/day-of coordinator, musicians/band, pastry chef (cake/dessert), florist (bouquets and ceremony flowers only), and hair and makeup.

Are outside caterers or rental décor companies allowed?

Outside food and beverage caterers and rental décor companies (furniture rentals, tents, etc.) are not allowed.

Is transportation required?

Yes—professional transportation to and from Analemma is required. This helps ensure guest safety and a smooth event flow.

Can you recommend preferred vendors?

Yes. Our website provides preferred vendor recommendations, including transportation, lodging, florals, and bakeries for cake and specialty dessert options.

Weather

What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate? Is there a backup plan?

In case of inclement weather, guests will be hosted in the winery cellar.
