Private Events at Analemma

Thank you for your interest in creating something special at our biodynamic estate in Mosier. From a private reception at golden hour on our Hillside Terrace to a candle-lit culinary exploration at our long table, we delight in the opportunity to share the magic of the Mosier Hills with you and your guests. We receive an overwhelming amount of interest in private events and are able to offer priority–in both pricing and access–to those in our membership, including up to 50% off site fees.

Culinary Offerings

Private Dining: Our passion for Slow Food + Wine brought to life
  • A seasonally inspired 5 course meal prepared by Chef Mark DeResta + wine paired for $250 per person. Approximately 3 hours of highly personalized service with the Analemma estate all to yourself. 
  • In order to preserve the intimacy and intention of the experience, private dining is limited to a maximum of 24 guests.
  • We are only able to open the calendar for TWO private dining offerings in 2024. Interested parties are encouraged to inquire directly by contacting [email protected].
Private Reception with Curated Bites
  • Choose between our terrace, orchard and patio for your casual and convivial reception.
  • Our curated bites plate features protein from Stamboom Farms in Hood River and cheeses from Cascadia Creamery in Trout Lake, Washington for $17 per person. Hood River Organic dried fruits, nuts and house made savory shortbreads compliment the grazing board along with fresh produce from the Analemma Garden.
  • Caviar Service for an additional $75/person.
  • We can accommodate up to 30 guests with this offering.
Twenty Mile Picnic
  • Prepared with ingredients from within 20 miles of the winery, our picnic offering includes a baguette sandwich and two sides for $35 per person.
  • Ideal for an afternoon on the property, our picnic is self contained, low waste and will be ready to enjoy at just about any location on the property.
  • We can accommodate up to 30 guests with this offering.

Bottle Purchase Commitment

We are pleased to work directly with guests to curate their personalized menu, whether in the context of an educational tasting, food pairing or casual bottle service. In all cases, our bottle minimum includes both bottles consumed onsite and taken home!

  • 2-12 people: 18 bottles (1.5 cases)
  • 13-20 people: 36 bottles (3 cases)
  • 21-30 people: 48 bottles (4 cases)

Pricing & Transparency

Our site fee reserves your private space for up to 3 hours. It is collected to support the upkeep and beautification of our biodynamic estate.
Included in the site fee:

  • Set up, clean up and breakdown of your space
  • Restoration Hardware furnishings including benches, chairs, bistro tables, picnic tables, lighting and simple centerpieces (depending on the location)
  • Adjustable UV blocking umbrellas for shade
  • Glassware, tableware, cutlery and other accoutrements
  • Still + Sparkling Water
  • Dedicated service staff for your event
  • Fresh picked Cherries and Lavender for you and your guests (season dependent) 

Payment & Fee Schedule

  • Site Fees are collected upon booking and act as a deposit to secure your date on the calendar. We understand that plans can change, and so site fees are refundable up to 30 days prior to the event.
  • Culinary Fees are collected 14 days prior to the event and are non-refundable.
  • Bottle purchase commitment and 20% service charge (on the food portion only) will be collected on the day of the event. Prior payment can be arranged at the request of the client, please let us know if this is your preference!
