Lavender Days at Analemma

Beginning June 2026

Our property features a mosaic of crops that makes our farm resilient, and one of these is lavender! We invite you to enjoy fresh blooming lavender on a visit to our estate, whether U-Picking after a tasting and lunch, working with the stems hands-on through a lavender wreath making class, or taking in the blooms’ natural beauty at our plein air painting series. Our lavender is certified Organic and Biodynamic. The cultivars are Sachet, Folgate, and Royal Velvet, which preserve well and are culinary grade. For the month of June we will also offer a flight of four Lavender Ice Teas from our collaboration with Good Medicine Tea, which includes our hand-picked lavender in every batch.

Lavender Wreath Making!
Saturday June 13th & June 20th
10am to 1pm

Join Bay Bruce of Haylift Gardens in Mosier for an immersive experience with our estate-grown lavender! Begin your morning taking in the scent of fresh lavender, picking bundles at our Hillside Terrace to create your own wreath. Bay will guide you through the steps of making the wreath back in our orchard, where participants will tie the fresh lavender to round bases made from grape vine prunings. This class will focus on delicate tying, wrapping and cutting to create a natural piece of art that will preserve beautifully.

This class includes the following supplies:

  • Fresh Cut Lavender, picked by you!
  • Wreath Base made of Grape Prunings from our Mosier Hills Vineyards
  • Lavender pruners, wire cutters, & floral wire
  • Burlap Bow

These workshops are open to everyone! Community and Locals Club Pricing is $45, and 6 & 12 Bottle Members is $25. Registration includes a glass of wine. See details below to book your spot!

Lavender U-Pick

Beginning June 6th!

Take in scenic views of our lavender field and the picturesque Mosier Valley from our Hillside Terrace.
U-pick supplies are available for use including, pruners, rubber bands, and sunscreen. This activity takes place outdoors in our lavender field, which is home to prolific pollinators.

Lavender U-Pick Weekends:

June 5th – 8th
June 13th – 15th
June 19th – 22nd
June 26th – 29th

Lavender U-Pick is $10 for a Bundle that fits in your rubber-band and is available to accompany any tasting experience. Coterie Members receive complimentary access to Lavender U- Pick.

Watercolor Nature Journaling
Friday June 5th
3pm to 6pm

Soak in the summer sunshine and take a guided walk through the Analemma Estate, while the lavender is in Bloom! Stop to find inspiration at iconic spots on the estate. With Nicole as your guide, you will be immersed on a journey where nature meets art, connecting with natural elements and bringing them to life on paper.

This class includes the following supplies:

  • Watercolor Journal
  • Paints
  • Palettes
  • Brushes

While this class focuses on watercolors, guests are welcome to bring other mixed media materials they would like to journal with.
