Fourth of July Weekend Cookout Cook-in!

Featuring Olympia Provisions franks, Tofurky brats, Oregon Brineworks kraut, and Bran & Ash buns!

Join us for for a convivial, casual, and family-friendly BBQ prepared by Chef Mark DeResta to celebrate this festive holiday! We’re thrilled to be partnering with local purveyors to offer a distinctive Gorge twist on classic fare. Your ticket price includes a glass of Analemma sparkling — the perfect hot dog pairing! Additional glasses and bottles will be available for your enjoyment throughout the evening. We hope you’ll join us for this exciting, all-new experience!  Due to expected warm temperatures this weekend, we’re excited to host you at this event indoors.

Please denote the number of any children in your party in the notes of your reservation. If you would prefer a Tofurky brat, please select the vegetarian option. It is not necessary to purchase advanced tickets for minors, as their food selection can be made when you arrive. Reservations are required.

– Reservation Details –

  • First hot dog hits the grill at 5pm and the last comes off at 7pm!
  • Seating is available on a first come, first served basis. We invite you to bring a picnic blanket in order to create your own nook on the lawn, in the orchard, or on the terrace.
  • Parking is available across the street from our Cellar Door. Guests joining with friends and family are encouraged to carpool.
